S.B. MOHITE establish Architectural practice in 1984 working for various type residential, Educational, Commercial, projects. We provide a high quality service, having a reputation for delivering exceptional design, and all detail information about bylaws applicable. Till date we have completed thousands of projects. The principles which drive our quality services are: (1) Identify the client’s needs and develop their brief (2) Use of specialist consultants as and when required (3) Study of the projects according to local bylaws (4) Consult the client for purchasing the land from various type of expect like existing zones, bylaws. (5) Providing service until the project completion in respect of liaising consultancy.

ABHIJIT joined his father in 1996. We are specialises in the design of houses, house extensions and all type of residential developments, Commercial complex, Large scale layouts, educational complex, housing schemes and also industrial projects approvals. . All our designs are focused on increasing the building performance, maximising light and reducing the energy loss.. We are committed to producing the best possible solution for each individual client at the highest level of service and quality.
We also do the liaising work for various type of projects in Raigad, Maharastra. Our projects are in MMRDA, CIDCO, NAINA, RAIGAD RP AND THANEP-PALGHAR-RAIGAD RP.
We also do consultancy for CRZ projects for approval from various type of authorities.
We are also do consultancy for purchasing the land as per client’s requirement for various type of uses like residential, industrial, educational etc to make easy further approval process.
